Responsibilities
The City of Arp Code Enforcement administers the Code of Ordinances relating to environmental issues such as:
  • Accumulation of trash / junk / debris
  • Illegal dumping
  • High grass / weeds
  • Junked vehicles
  • obstructions
  • Open and dangerous buildings
Enforcement of ordinances is intended to prevent and abate environmental nuisances on private property.

Mission Statement
The Code Enforcement Division's mission is to inspect properties within the city limits to ensure compliance with ordinances in regards to trash, weeds, tall grass, animals at large, limitations of animals, and junked or abandoned vehicles.
